Did anyone notice that Starbucks has removed the Tall (small) size from its menu? Apparently you can still order it, not that I ever have (it's too little for me). According to Starbucks they did it because customers were frustrated with the difficulty of reading their drive-through menus.
Wait a second? The solution to people having trouble reading the menu is to simplify it by removing the cheapest option? This leaves customers to assume there are only the two more expensive sizes to choose from. Whatever happened to making the font larger? Maybe there aren't that many people that order the Tall size. I just can't help wondering if it's not just some ploy to get people to spend more money.
