Are You Ready For The Contest?

I posted on Friday that I will be running my very first contest here at Ten Coffee Day this week. Here are the details . . .

Have you heard of Dealavue? It's a Chicago based deal site with over 600 real-time deals that are location based and stay up for months at a time. These aren't just deals you can only get one time or only on the day they are promoted, like other deal sites. In addition to services like dentistry, salons, shops, restaurants, automotive and fitness deals they offer a variety of family- friendly options for children's parties, activities and more.

Recently, the folks over at Dealavue contacted me with an offer I couldn't refuse. I debated whether or not to accept their offer because they cater to the Chicagoland area and obviously, my readers are from all over. However, I'm planning on this being the first of many contests here, so I decided to go for it.

The winner of the contest will get a $25 dollar credit to use on anything on the Dealavue site!

Contest Details:

The contest begins today at noon and will run through Wednesday at noon (CST). All entries received will be entered into a program which will select the winner at random.

There are 3 ways to enter -

1) Comment on this post (here not on Facebook) and tell me about the best deal you ever got. A comment will be counted as one entry.

2) Link to Ten Coffee Day via your Facebook wall and reference the contest/Dealavue for an additional entry. Leave a comment here at Ten Coffee Day to ensure your additional entry is tallied.

3) Like "Dealavue" on Facebook and tell them Spots on The Brain sent you. (Disclaimer: that is what Dealavue suggested I say - I don't know what it means!) Leave a comment here at Ten Coffee Day to ensure your additional entry is tallied.

As an added bonus, every person who enters will get a special promo code created just for my readers for $5 off any purchase at Dealavue!

For those of you not in the Chicagoland area, I promise the next contest will have national appeal! This won't be the last time I find a way to reward my readers. If it weren't for all of you I'd be talking to myself!

  1. The best deal I ever got was combining a store coupon with a clearance item. I ended up getting a really cool shirt for free!
